This is a recommended update for anyone using the DSP plug-in as it resolves a number of stability issues with the prior 2.x and 1.9x versions and also adds support for SHOUTcast 2 along with a number of other improvements to the experience of using the plug-in with a number of bug fixes as well.
Note: This version of the plug-in will only work on Winamp 5.6-5.8 and requires Windows XP SP3 and higher to work (the plug-in has only been actively tested on Windows XP / Windows 7 / Windows 8.x). Note: This updated version of the plug-in will only work on Winamp 5.9 and newer under Windows 7 SP1 and higher. Shoutcast DSP v2.4.0 (25th July 2022) for Winamp 5.9

This license is commonly used for video games and it allows users to download and play the game for free. There are many different open source licenses but they all must comply with the Open Source Definition - in brief: the software can be freely used, modified and shared. Programs released under this license can be used at no cost for both personal and commercial purposes. Open Source software is software with source code that anyone can inspect, modify or enhance. Freeware products can be used free of charge for both personal and professional (commercial use). Freeware programs can be downloaded used free of charge and without any time limitations.
